Payment Options

* Please read to the bottom to find out if the ballpark your team is interested in playing at has a different pricing structure.

Option 1 

Zelle (preferred) (instantly lock in your team!)

  • One-time payment of $16,000 to todd@bigleaguedreamday ($15,000 goes toward your ticket purchases and $1,000 goes to Big League Dream Day). Your team is locked in and tickets have been purchased at this point only inventorying and getting your supporters to the website to make ticket transactions is needed. Each ticket sold will be listed as $1!  
  • Player fees are not required. Coach or team administrator please submit all player and team names in your program. This will help speed up ticket processing. For example John Smith | Mike Jones | U8 | U10 | Softball, etc. Please shift to this symbol “|” which is called a pipe vertical bar and is the same key as the backslash.
  • Team logos are required and should be sent to todd@bigleaguedreamday.com. Please supply in .jpg format at 300 pixels x 300 pixels. 
  • Coaches or administrators, please be certain to list the caliber of your team, utilizing these options: AAA, AA, A, B, C, or Other.
  • Coaches or administrators, please be certain to list one or more phone numbers so that we can reach out to you to discuss playing options.
  • You may purchase a suite toward your team total. This transaction will be handled by the group ticket office. Roughly, $2,000 will be credited from the ticket sale portion of the $3,500 transaction. 

Option 2

Regular processing (paying the player fee puts your team on the preferred waitlist!)

  • Your team is now penciled in and we will be contacting you shortly to discuss a possible playdate and other administrative items.
  • The player fee is $40 and this is a one-time fee. For best practices with ticket processing, please pay for all players early on. Certainly, if a player is added later we can accommodate that as well. Please utilize the player sign-up format for these individual transactions. 
  • Tickets will need to be inventoried in the first third of the calendar year. $20-29 tickets will have a $3 fee placed on each ticket. $30-39 tickets will have a $4 fee placed on each ticket and so on. Additional games can be added as needed.

  • The Big League Dream Day staff will be monitoring ticket sale progress. Ticket sales totals are anticipated to reach 50% by April 1st, 75% by May 1st, and 100% by your play date, which will likely be in June. A later season purchase may be needed in order for your team to be able to take the field on your play date.

Venmo (instantly lock in your team but pay at a higher rate)

  • One-time payment of $16,500 to @bigleaguedreamday ($15,000 goes toward your ticket purchases and $1,500 goes to Big League Dream Day). Your team is locked in and tickets have been purchased at this point only inventorying and getting your supporters to the website to make ticket transactions is needed. Each ticket sold will be listed as $2.
