Step-by-Step Process
1. Team Registration
Your team’s journey begins when a coach or designated team representative completes the free team registration using the official link:

Once submitted, the team name is added to the event’s official drop‑down menu, typically within a short period. This step simply reserves your team’s spot in the system — it does not guarantee a game slot yet.
Key Note:
- Early registration increases your team’s chance of securing a preferred date.
2. Player Registration
After the team appears in the event system, each player must complete an individual registration using the link:

Players select their team from the drop‑down list and complete their personal information. It is recommended that coaches or administrators register all players at once for convenience.
Registration Fee
A $40 per‑player fee is required. This fee supports:
- Building your team’s personalized event webpage
- Tracking ticket/voucher sales accurately
- Ensuring your team is properly entered into the scheduling system
If an opponent cannot be scheduled for your team, the fee is fully refundable.
- Registration is first‑come, first‑served, and demand often exceeds available playdates.
3. Ticket or Voucher Sales
To support your team’s participation, each family is asked to purchase game tickets or vouchers before your scheduled playdate. Should you choose a game to sell after your playdate, it is required that you complete all sales prior to playing. These purchases help fund the event experience and count toward your team’s participation requirement.
What Your Team Receives
- A custom hyperlink for online purchases
- A QR code flyer to share with friends, family, and supporters
Ticket or voucher quantities and pricing vary by venue, but all purchases are tracked directly through your team’s webpage.
Important: Once your team moves into the ticket/voucher sales phase, refunds are no longer available.
Game Day Entry
On your team’s actual playdate, entry is free for players, coaches, and families.
4. Team Goal Requirement
Every team is assigned a ticket/voucher sales goal that must be met before game day. This ensures the event can operate smoothly and that all participating teams contribute equally to the experience.
Critical Requirement
Teams that do not meet their assigned goal cannot take the field or court on their scheduled date. This requirement is firm — meeting the goal is essential for participation.
5. Game Day Requirements
Once your team has met its goal and your playdate arrives, here’s what to expect:
Before the Game
- All participants must sign the event waiver form.
- Teams should arrive at least 1 hour before game time to check in, warm up, and enjoy the venue experience.
During the Game
- Compete with energy, pride, and sportsmanship.
- Enjoy the unique Big League Dream Day or Pro Day atmosphere — it’s designed to feel like a professional‑level experience.
